[gfsd]integrit entry patch for old version

Hi.  I was pleased to see the entry for integrit in the free software
directory.  I have a couple of minor corrections to the current info:

integrit.txt.patch

Openssl has never been a runtime dependency for integrit, since
integrit is always linked statically. 

Also, there is a new beta out that does not include CDB, Dan
Bernstein's database package and does not use openssl.  Those two
changes make integrit more free.
