Yes.  We can list non-free programs when their developers contribute
entries, but you should put your time into listing the complete,
ready-to-use packages.

    Also, at the last meeting you asked me to add unfinished GNU packages
    to the Directory. Do you want these to stay in the main Directory or
    go into the unfinished area?

They should go in the unfinished area.
