[gfsd]Missing tiffio.h file from hp2xx-3.4.0

I recently downloaded hp2xx-3.4.0 and was able compile and run it
successfully. I attempted recompile the code to include the tiff options and
discovered that tiffio.h was missing. Where can I find a copy of tiffio.h
and isn't the lib tiff required ? Where can I find copy of the lib tiff?
