It is ok for the source code repository to be on sourceforge (or
anywhere you like, just about). However, the web pages for the
project should be on www.gnu.org.
Looking at the page /software/cobol/gnu-cobol.html, it says that
the source and documentation are on sourceforge. If that means
the source code for the documentation, it's ok to have that on
source forge. But if there are additional web pages you have
written by hand, could you please put them on www.gnu.org?
