Dear GetFEM++ Project

Hello, I added tutorial part to latex output in Sphinx config file. It
is because, I have a lot of chance to explain GetFEM++ by using
tutorial pdf which I made locally.
I added 'breakline' setting for code-block layout, and
'tabularcolumns' setting for table layout in 'thermo_coupling.rst'.
I tried to minimize the impact for html output layout.
If you don't have any problem, please merge it.
