[gcmd-usr] character problems?

Hi

When I copy or move a file to a directory, which contains accent marked 
characters, it will ask to create it:
http://al.pmmf.hu/~roti/pics/gcmd01.png

When I copy a file which contains accent marked characters, it will 
scramble those letters, like:
from: őzike
to: ÇN~zike (not exactly this, but something like it)

I use Hungarian language set with codepage iso-8859-2
