Two cosmetics...

(1) 

In config, prefix empty -> 'link to $N' but when i insert blafoo as prefix, $N 
is omitted (while it should be blafoo$N)

(2)

I configured Shift Ctrl l as shortcut, but the menu still says Shift Ctrl 
F5...i that hardcoded and/or a translation issue ?

What happens when with multiple files ?

With empty config, it works ('link to bar', 'link to baz', ...) as expected.
With custom prefix, it fails as expected ('blafoo already eixists')
