[Freetype] ttf2pk for freetype2

This is a ttf2pk ported to the freetype2

extract it in freetype2-cvs/contrib and you can 'make' it

The GSUB is not ported since freetype2 does not support GSUB yet.
it just a test case to use a
OpenType fonts for using 'dvipdfmx' and dvips to embeding it.

'dvipdfmx' is a extended dvipdfm for CJK users.
