  CVSROOT is,

  :pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/ttf2pt1

  no password, ``Enter'' instead. Modulename is ttf2pt1.

  I'm reading the code too, but I don't know the exact diffrence
  between 2.1.0 and 2.0.9 of FT2.
