[Freetype] Thread safety

I've found no documentation about thread safety / signal safety and
what/when/where/who changes structures when rendering some fonts.

This kind of information would be really wellcom since we render fonts
as hell inside an smp system =).

Is there something around? If not, I'd greatly appreciate some infos as
I will write something about this in the near future.
