I am on a virtual server. PHP is installed as an Apache module. I have
access to my Apache conf files, but I don't have root access to the machine.
Can I use the FreeType library? PHP does not already support it on my
server's installation, but can I install it locally like I can do with perl
modules or can it only be enabled when PHP is installed?
I can't seem to get any answers from the PHP lists about this.
