[Freetype] FreeType 2.0.2 available !!

Hello,

  Finally, FreeType 2.0.2 is available. Have a look at:

      ftp://ftp.freetype.org/pub/freetype2

  Now, the web pages need to be updated slightly, and
  the mirrors need to copy everything..


  for details.. You'll notice that:

     - the documentation has been removed from the "freetype2"
       module, and is now available as separate packages called
       "ft2docs-2.0.2.tar.gz" or "ftdoc202.zip". They are generated
       from "www/freetype2/docs"

     - documentation and demo programs have been updated. This
       includes the tutorial, which explains the new header
       inclusion scheme. See:

         http://www.freetype.org/freetype2/docs/tutorial/step1.html

     - the Unix "ft2build.h" has been fixed..
