Not everybody can use GNU Automake, so I don't care what automated
system you are using, as long as it is easy to figure out what's
happening. Keywords: Windows (as thats the only platform the SDK I
need is running on) and the target platform has C++ as it's native
language. No C, so Automake assumptions about the language and
libraries it can use are not valid in my case.
