I emailed Primoz about a week ago with this and haven't heard
anything.  I think that Savannah have maybe changed their
structure or something since the last time the webpage was
updated.  The files are available at
<ftp://ftp.gnu.org/savannah/files/freefont/>
CVS also works, but it will only get you the .sfd format fonts.
