[Freefont-bugs] incorrect Hbar and hbar glyphs

I just found the freefont project and was positively impressed. But some
glyphs are incorrect.

I am Maltese so I searched for the Maltese characters (Cdotaccent,
cdotaccent, Gdotaccent, gdotaccent, Hbar, hbar, Zdotaccent and
zdotaccent). In some faces, the Hbar is really H, in some hbar is h, and
in some both Hbar and hbar are incorrect.

This table shows what I have found.
