xah-forward-punct. xah-move-block-up and xah-move-block-down, rewrite, minor. 
xah-shrink-whitespaces more fix. xah-extend-selection minor fix, for selecting 
current word when at buffer beginning.
       new  82fd33a741 trivial docstring pretty up etc.
       new  e71f4deabd moved some function so dependent ones come first
       new  302ee3b4f6 xah-fly-keys.el improved efficiency for
