[eev] News: (find-eev-quick-intro) and more

Hi all,

I did a lot of work on eev in the last month, and now

  1) (find-eev-quick-intro) explains all the main features,

  2) (find-emacs-keys-intro) explains all the main keys,

  3) http://angg.twu.net/#eev points to all the main things,

  4) this mailing list has (just) been resurrected,

  5) I'm hanging out at #emacs and #eev at Freenode often,

  6) I rewrote (find-freenode-links),

  7) I'm going to give a minicourse on LaTeX in the first half of

     february and I'm going to use eev there at least as a way to

     point to specific pages in texlive manuals - see:

       (find-eev-quick-intro "9.3. Hyperlinks to PDF files")

       (find-eev-quick-intro "9.4. Shorter hyperlinks to PDF files")
