[Pnet-developers] Exception "Invalid encoding attribute value" in XmlTextWriter

Hi all,

We get this exception if we do a XmlDocument.OuterXml.
On M$ it runs, output should be the XmlDoc.

Sample attached.

Could someone look at it (and email me if he does) ?
