Summary: CSCC does not skip empty lines in the @file list

Original Submission: Hi,
When compiling the mono sources, there are some lists of files that have blanks.

if goo contains "nnnn"
then cscc @goo
No such file or directory
No such file or directory
No such file or directory
No such file or directory
