Summary: Don't "normalize" font sizes when using Xft
Original Submission: Currently font sizes are always "rounded" to values that
produce good-looking results with bitmap fonts. This isn't necessary when using
Xft because of its anti-aliasing. The patch doesn't do this "rounding" if Xft
is used.
