Summary: local variable declared by a fixed statement is considered read-only
Original Submission: ECMA-334 Section 25.6 declares that a local pointer
definition in a fixed statement is considered read only. cscc doesn't abide by
this and pointer arithmetic is allowed in the fixed block.
I submitted a patch to fix the offending code in TextBoxBase, but obviously the
compiler has to be fixed too.
