Summary:  SWF apps sigsegvs (ilrun bug?) if i set LANG=ru_RU.koi8-r

Original Submission:  I use locale ru_RU.KOI8-R.
If i set LANG to (nonexistant) ru_RU.koi8-r, all SWF apps crash with sigsegv, 
silently.
All console apps (from samples/simple) do work.

I have latest cvs version, of course.
