I've been making quite a few changes to the pnet internalcall layer lately, so
if you are building from CVS, you will probably need to rebuild both pnet and
pnetlib on a regular basis.
In particular, if you get a "NotImplementedException", then that is a good
sign that your pnet and pnetlib versions are out of sync.
