Summary:  [0.5.4] DirectoryInfo.Create does nothing

Original Submission:  I had submitted a patch to add the 
System.IO.DirectoryInfo.Create method, that was missing.
I suggested a simple call to Directory.Create(FullPath), that I left commented 
for you to check potential issues, concerning exceptions for instance.
Maybe this call would do the job and should be uncommented...
By the way, someone of you told me that this method was non-ECMA but its 
compilation is not conditionned by an #if !ECMA_COMPAT, or did I mix with the 
System.IO.Directory.CreateDirectory method ?
