There are still many parts that are TODO ... we should

Rhys doesn't do anything unless someone puts a
specific request out :) .... Unless it either easy or
"very radical" ... (it's just my opinion of the way
rhys works).
But you still need a guy who's on the api full time
and bug rhys whenever he gets stuck . We need to save
rhys for the really tough work like the jit .
