[DotGNU]Portable.NET reaches one million lines

Hi all!

Just in time for DotGNU 0.1, Portable.NET has finally reached the 1 million 
line mark.  Here's the breakdown by component:

    pnet     : 372645
    pnetlib  : 565657
    treecc   : 23008
    cscctest : 10298
    pnetC    : 28508
    total    : 1000116

Many thanks to everyone who has helped out in the last few months since we 
cracked 750k.  Especially in pnetlib, which is moving ahead by leaps and 
bounds thanks in no small part to contributors other than myself.
