[DotGNU]ml-pnet Compile

Has anybody been having any problems compiling
ml-pnpnet

I have been trying to compile the source from both
dodotgnuono and SoSoutherntorm web sites and have been
getting compiler problems. Here is the ererrors keep
seeing:

It looks like the compiler can not locate the
CuCustommarshalersttributeliltmpile.

Any help would gladly be apappreciated
