It really seems pointless to bother having the second the second meetings at
Sunday 2100 UTC because of the poor attendance. Moreover, with daylight
savings time in effect, the Saturday 1000 UTC meeting occurs at 5 AM CDT,
which is far too late at night for those of us in Central and nearby time
zones.
