[DotGNU]Updated german resources

Hi,

I updated the german resources again. They can be found at
http://www.gentoo-linux.net/dotgnu/

It would be nice if someone could commit them into CVS...I fixed some typos and 
misspellings.

I'd like to thank Benjamin-Timm "cham_eleon" Broich for translating the 
runtime/Exception.txt

After all, I am going to discontinue translating the resources and focus on 
ebuilds for Gentoo Linux and various other things since I don't think 
translating is the perfect task for me ;)
I hope someone else will continue to translate the resources anytime soon.
