Dunno about HTML , but I did find documentation of the C# assemblies with 
an old MS .NET Sdk (at a shell account nearby). But it is not in the ECMA
All.xml format and therefore useless with the csdoc* tools ... 

But well, it's better than the old .chm files that MS docs usually came in.
It must be somewhere in MSDN , I suppose .. (yeah, I don't visit it either).
