[DotGNU]call for testing win32 / TreeCC-mingw32-0.1.8 (CVS 2002-12-20) using dpkg

Dear all,
here are the details about the treecc win32 release using dpkg
please report back, you should be able to use dpkg for cygwin to
install it. The alien packages are next.
