Sounds great :-) Actually, the "DotGNU proposal process" has
never been successfully used so far, this would be the first
time. (This is not to discourage you, just to point out that
this isn't a very streamlined process yet. :-) As a reminder,
the "DotGNU proposal process" is not necessary for creating
space on Savannah or for becoming an "active proposal", but it
is meant to turn a project into an _official_ DotGNU
development project (which thereby is also part of GNU).
