GNU Radio Companion (GRC) writes out a Python script, then executes it. That script should be in the same directory as the grc file. You can run that Python script outside of GRC. Make sure GNU Radio is set up on the target machine, and that paths are set up correctly. C++ output is similar, but I'll assume you're talking about Python here.
