Didn't you install gnuradio in ~/prefix?
If true, then that's were you should be looking:
~/prefix/lib/python2.7/dist-package
Also, the osmosdr and tutorial are OOT (Out Of Tree) modules so I think
you need to install those with pybombs too if you didn't do it when you
installed gnuradio.
