Dear Shilei Tian, your Audio source produces 48000 samples per second, and your USRP needs 1 Million samples per second. So: from every input sample, you need to make output samples. You don't do that, but deliver much much less to the USRP, which then tells you that it experienced a sample "U"nderrun. You will need to add resamplers, or zero-pad your transmission, or use a bursty transmission mode. What you choose here depends on your application, and it's hard to tell you what's optimal.
