Where did you install GNU Radio into (the install prefix)? There
should be a directory $prefix/lib/cmake/gnuradio that contains
GnuradioConfig.cmake. Cmake can find it if your PKG_CONFIG_PATH is set
properly, which will be $prefix/lib/pkgconfig.
