Subject: | [Discuss-gnuradio] USRP N200 not being identified by the host running Suse |
Date: | Fri, 1 Feb 2013 23:29:55 +0000 |
All,
When I connect my USRP N200 to a PC running Suse, run ifconfig eth0 192.168.10.1 command, and then run command uhd_usrp_probe --args="addr=192.168.10.2", I see the famous error message:
LookupError: KeyError: No devices found for -----> Empty Device Address The weird fact is that I have 9 other USRP N200 radios which get detected when I run the command uhd_usrp_probe --args="addr=192.168.10.2" on the same PC (so it shouldn't be a firewall issue).
For the problematic USRP N200 I have done the following:
ping 192.168.10.1 which is fine
ping 192.168.10.2 which shows the error message that destination is unreachable
I have also used switch S2 to enter into safe mode, burn the right binaries (3.4.4 from maint branch), power-cycle the device but the problem persists.
Any ideas on what might be preventing the USRP N200 from being identified by the host PC?
Thanks in anticipation,
Mahboob
