Hi,

The WBX frequency stability is determined by the accuracy of the USRP clock signal.  For example, the USRP2 has a 100MHz internal clock which can be locked to a 10MHz external source such as GPSDO for better frequency stability.

GSM base stations have very accurate GPS disciplined clocks in them and 'Kalibrate' allows you to measure your device's frequency stability by using a mobile base station as a reference. Link below:
