Yes, it is possible:
For a bandpass signal at f_0 with bandwidth 2W, if you sample with rate:
Rs=4f_0/(2n+1) where n is an integer
you will get the in-phase components at the even samples and the
quadrature components
at the odd samples.
In particular, if you set
n= integer part of (f0/2W -1/2)
then you can have the minimum required sampling rate (Rs~= 4W) for
perfect reconstruction
of in-phase and quadrature components without the need of I/Q chain.
