The TVRX isn't actually a quadrature front-end, so quadrature is
synthesized within the FPGA.

I don't think it's normal. Something definitely wonky. Are you using
UHD, or "traditional" ??
There was something *similar* in UHD a couple of months back, but it was
for USRP2, so I don't
think that's it.
