The quick solution is a fresh checkout into an empty directory.
You could also try:
$ cd gnuradio-core/src/lib/swig
$ rm gnuradio_swig_python.d
$ touch gnuradio_swig_python.d
Then start with the ./bootstrap and ./configure from the top.
