It's not clear what you are asking. Are you asking about the
differences between the GNURadio and the VANU Software radio? Or is
there something more specific that you are interested in?
GNU Radio is open Source, and Vanu is a closed source, proprietary
source. Vanu has implemented several more protocol's than has GNU
Radio.
