Log Message:
- handle non-existing host names gracefully
- added vncauth.h and rfbproto.h from vnc source. Directvnc now only 
  depends on DirectFB. The vnc sources from AT&T are not needed anymore. 
  Theses files havent changed in years, so I guess it is safe to include 
  them
