Separate servers are more clean from a logical point of view but a mess
from an administrative point of view. Beside that, classification is
used for delegation which itself is not implemented yet.

Originally, there was an URL for the question. But we decide that was
not necessary as the submitter of the question can add from the
beginning answers with relevant URL. There might be another reason, but
I can't remember it right now.
