Actually, the original site has an English version, see:

I see two categories relevant for demexp:

  - Applications for Public infrastructures and for communities for
the demexp server (I believe the application should be carried by
David)

  - PHP for the Drupal demexp client (I believe the application should
be carried by Augustin).

Please, David (or Augustin), go on (the server has been stable and
working for a sufficently long time).
