Hi Martin,

I will check device behavior soon, but need your help providing serial
trace log entries.
Please open preferences dialog last tab and remove global selection, at
class based level open tree at gde.device.graupner (Polaron Pro must be
the active device) and set trace level FINE to
com.device.graupner.PolaronSerialPort. Now start data gathering with the
connected batteries you face the problem, just for a few seconds and
stop data gathering.

At ~/.DataExplorer/Logs you will find trace log files displaying binary
entries as respond from charger device. I need to compare entries with
the specification to get closer to solve your problem.

For my understanding, if you say cell 8-14, does you run two charge
processes in parallel, so to speak 2 times a battery with 7 cells or do
you run a linked process where both batteries get linked to a battery
with more than 7 cells?

have a nice day, Winfried
