Log message:
        * lib/autotest/general.m4: Change `tests?' into `groups?' in
        variable names when referring to a single test group, or to
        `suite' when referring to the whole test suite.
        `at_last_test' is removed: m4 compute at_format itself.
        (at_stdout, at_stder1, at_stderr): New variables.
        (AT_CHECK): Use them.
