Log message:
        Don't mess with FDs.
        * acgeneral.m4 (_AC_INIT_DEFAULTS_FDS): Remove, replace with
        inline setting up of AS_MESSAGE_FD.
        (AS_MESSAGE_LOG_FD): Do not define, so that AS_MESSAGE does not
        output in it before...
        (_AC_INIT_CONFIG_LOG): here, which is run after the handling of
        options.
