The exact same way you compile the rest of your C++ code for your project. You should be able to put it in a subdirectory of your project and have it built as part of the whole.
If, on the other hand, what you're really looking for is advice on cross compiling, that's too large a topic for a simple email.
CMake and QtCreator are both excellent tools with a large amount of information about cross compiling.
