Yes you may, you have to repeat as many times "--overwrite" as many
overwrittent option, like in:

ctest --overwrite Site="Erk At ONERA" --overwrite
BuildName="Linux-gcc-4.1.2-x86_64" -D Experimental

Yes it should, all "stderr" output from the testcase is provided
if you click on the "Failed"
